Terms and Conditions


Should you enlist the services of Resolute Property Tax Solutions, your contract is irrevocable for the year in which it is signed and any cancellation in regard to subsequent years must be made in writing either by mail or email. Resolute Property Tax is hereby authorized but not obligated to execute Notices of Protest & Appointment of Agent Form, present protests before an Appraisal Review Board, negotiate and resolve disputed tax manners including correction of any errors, checking and filing for missing exemptions of any kind, requesting refunds for previous years' tax overpayments resulting for any reason, and/or negotiating a property tax valuation (assessed value) and/or amount of property taxes through any other applicable procedure. All warranties are disclaimed and Resolute's liabilities for any error, omission, action, inaction, statement or representation is limited to the amount of fees actually paid under contract. When context requires, singular nouns and pronouns include the plural. Resolute reserves the right to change a previously scheduled hearing date as needed or appropriate.

Refund Policy


Refunds will be given in the event that there is a miscalculation in tax savings or a services yielding payment are rendered that are not contractual.

Pricing Policy


Resolute will receive a commission in the amount of 50% (or any agreed upon promotional rate) of any and all property tax savings for current year and any recovered tax overpayments from previous years. Property tax savings is defined and calculated as the difference between the Noticed Value and the Final Value multiplied by the latest known tax rate, and/or tax reduction attributable to obtaining a missing exemption. The fee is due for each year for which tax liability is settled. Savings are calculated on the latest known tax rates per property. Costs for all administrative fees shall be absorbed by Resolute.
