This was the first time I had Resolute help with my property taxes. I have several rental properties and every year I would create a spreadsheet detailing and comparing historical and current proposed property tax increases on all of my properties, rental and personal. I would then represent myself in my efforts to argue and contest the property tax increases. Sometimes I would "win" - - more often I would lose. When Resolute offered a 60/40 "split" of whatever tax reduction they achieved, I figured - "What can I lose?" Resolute was able to get an overall reduction of $600 in proposed tax increases. I paid them $200 - - pocketing, if you will, $400. This was well worth it to me as I saved time by a) not having to prepare my protest b) not having to make the trip to and from the Appraisal office and c) not having to spend the time meeting and arguing with the Appraisal representative. And - oh yeah - no frustration! I also feel that they achieved as good if not better results than I would have. If they continue to offer the same deal, I will certainly ask them for help again next year and every year after. — Clint Scheible
